University of Oregon. Director of Sports Nutrition. 9/15/14 This position coordinates nutrition education and athletic training table to provide sound nutritional meals specific to goals of individual athletes and sports. This position assists with on-campus recruiting activities and outlines specific information regarding the department's nutrition program. Responsible for promotion of the philosophy and objectives of the Intercollegiate Athletics Department, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University of Oregon, Pac-12 Conference and the NCAA. University of Oregon. Nutrition Operations Manager (2 positions). 8/25/14

Requirements: Associates degree in nutrition or health science related field preferred. Registered dietitian not required. Must possess a strong background in sports nutrition as well as experience in culinary arts and event catering. Virginia Tech University Sports Nutrition Graduate Assistantship. 8/15/14
The VT sports nutrition GA position includes a full two-year scholarship to complete a master's degree and gain experience working in collegiate sports nutrition. Classes are online and completed at the convenience of the student to allow for maximal experience within the athletics department. The GA will work daily in the sports nutrition office assisting the director of sports nutrition. Hours vary weekly, with a minimum of 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends. The University of British Columbia. Dual Position: Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and Sports Dietitian. 9/16/2015
The part-time lecturer in sport and exercise nutrition position is to be paired with a part-time sports dietitian position in athletics and recreation. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of the time working in the School of Kinesiology and the other 50% of the time working as an applied sports dietitian for the department of athletics and recreation. Part-time 12-month lecturer position: Applicants must have earned an MSc and/or PhD in nutrition, exercise science or a closely related area. The successful candidate will mainly teach undergraduate and graduate courses in sports and exercise nutrition. Sports dietitian position: Applicants must have earned a BSc in dietetics or nutritional science as well as the IOC diploma in sports nutrition. Applicants must also be a registered dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of BC, be a member of Dietitians of Canada and hold professional liability insurance. The successful candidate will provide nutrition consultation services to athletes.

ACEND Internship Opportunities with Specialization in Sports Nutrition
Ohio State University Medical Dietetics is approved to offer two internships to specialize in Sports Nutrition while accomplishing the ACEND Internship requirements to qualify to take the National Registration exam. Interns will work in a variety of rotations to accomplish the required objectives, but the experience will focus on sports nutrition opportunities at the university, in the community and schools, as well as food service in athletics.
